1. Service

Master the Wheel provides automatic driving tuition in East London. By booking a lesson you agree to these terms.

2. Booking

Lessons can be booked by phone, WhatsApp, email or via the online form. A booking is confirmed once you receive a reply from us confirming your slot.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the start of each lesson unless a course package has been agreed in advance. We do not charge a booking fee.

4. Cancellation

Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange a lesson. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may be charged at the full lesson rate.

5. Pupil Responsibilities

• Hold a valid UK provisional driving licence for the appropriate vehicle category
• Bring your provisional licence to every lesson
• Be ready at the agreed pick-up point at the scheduled time
• Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs driving

6. Instructor’s Right to End a Lesson

The instructor reserves the right to end a lesson early if, in their professional judgement, continuing would be unsafe or unproductive. Payment for the lesson still applies.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of our service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the lesson in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
